OUR PROCESS


At eINDIAHR.com, selection process is very well structured, which initiates with understanding and analyzing the unique needs of our clients and lasts all the way to follow-ups with both clients and candidates post recruitment. At the planning stage, we carefully analyze and evaluate the needs and constraints of our clients by working cohesively like a team with them. While selecting the candidates we make sure that the chosen candidate is best fit for the client company’s open position. To accomplish it we pay close attentions at company's existing business activities, its business plans, working culture and also future plans of the company.

In order to identify key competencies we perform industry specific desk and field research which comprises job title, principal accountabilities, authority to be infested, external / internal contacts, working conditions / environment, job specifications, compensation package, location and other details as needed.

Step One
We accumulate large set of qualified candidates during the field research. This collection gets constructed by eindiahr’s own data collection or by advertising for the open position. At Implementation stage we perform preliminary interviews, short-listing of candidates, informal reference checks, client interviews and formal reference checks.

Step Two
For preliminary interviews, the potential candidates get selected on the basis of prior work experience, qualifications, strength and weaknesses and the ability of candidate to fit into the work-culture and ethics of the client organization.

Step Three
The preliminary interviews screen out candidates and provide us with a short-list of highly qualified candidates.

Step Four
Next approaches the informal reference check of the selected candidates to verify the listed accomplishments and last few relevant work experiences.

Step Five
After the background check a meeting gets organized between the short-listed candidates and the client. Feedback given by both client and the candidate is valued and acknowledged during the process.
